Our Story

Meet Helen…

​Luxury Holiday and Wedding & Honeymoon Specialist

​

For over 10 years I was the Travel Editor at Wedding & Home magazine, and I lived and breathed luxury worldwide honeymoon destinations, visiting and reporting on stylish wedding and honeymoon hotels, everywhere from Barbados to Bora Bora.

I also headed up the Weddings Abroad section, and helped brides plan their romantic ceremony and say 'I do' in paradise, from a tropical hilltop villa in Tobago to the sun-kissed shores of The Seychelles.

My husband is half-Thai, so I've been lucky enough to visit this ever-fascinating country numerous times – we even tied the knot in Koh Samui in our very own wedding in paradise.

We also have 3 daughters and have spent 20 years researching and planning dream Family Holidays, from All-Inclusive European escapes to USA Disney Fly-Drives and island-hopping in The Caribbean.

Being half-Thai myself, I have been visiting family in Thailand since the 1970s, staying everywhere from Krabi to Chiang Rai, in everything from the luxury 5 star Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok to a dollar a night Charlie Hut in Koh Samui.

My lifelong Thailand connection meant it was the natural destination for my own wedding day - project managing 6 flower girls, 4 grandparents and 2 wedding rings was a happy challenge!

I also spent over 10 years photographing global wedding and honeymoon destinations, accompanying my wife on numerous Wedding & Home magazine trips – favourites being Mexico, The British Virgin Islands and The Maldives.
